Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery
We work with a third-party courier to deliver the Products you purchase on hadiyati.com all over Lebanon. We do not and will not deal or provide any Products or services to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes 1 working day during which your Products will be processed and dispatched from the Seller’s store or warehouse.

A tracking number will be assigned to your order, once your order is scheduled for pick-up from the Seller’s store or warehouse. The tracking number will appear in your Account next to the corresponding order under “My orders”. Shipping requires 1 to 2 additional working days from the time your order was dispatched. We are ready to respond to your concerns at any time during delivery. Do not hesitate to contact our customer care using the contact details provided under the “Contact us” section and on the Site Footer.

The delivery is made to the shipping address that you indicate at checkout. At the time of the delivery, the courier will contact you (or the gift recipient - depending on the case) at the phone number you have provided to make sure someone is available to receive the order and sign for acknowledgment of receipt. If no one is available, the order will not be delivered and the courier will contact you (or the gift recipient) again to organize another delivery.

Shipping fees may apply to some Products. The rates will be automatically added to your order summary at checkout.
2. Return Policy
General Return
The return options of the Products sold on hadiyati.com depend on the return policy of each Seller. The eligibility for return and the permissible return timelines are specified under the “Returns” section on the product detail page of each Product. If it is mentioned that the Product is eligible for return, you may return it within the permissible return timelines mentioned under the “Returns” section and get a full refund of the price of the Product. To be eligible for return, the Products must be unused, in the same original condition and in the same original retail packaging, including price tags and invoice/gift voucher. Our Sellers will not accept returns on Products that are used or do not have the original retail packaging.

In order to initiate a return, please contact our customer care within the timelines specified on the product detail page using the contact details provided under the “Contact us” section and on the Site Footer. We will guide you through the process and arrange the courier pick-up, when applicable. Some Products are eligible for free returns (meaning that you will not have to pay for return shipping), depending on each Seller’s policy. Requests submitted after the specified timelines (mentioned on the Product detail page) will be declined.

Once the Product(s) are received at the Seller’s store, and the return is accepted by the Seller based on the return conditions mentioned above, the cost of the Product(s) will be refunded to the original method of payment. You will receive an email from our customer care confirming that the refund has been processed.

The Products that are not described as “eligible for return” under the “Returns” section on the product detail page on the Site cannot be returned for refund. However, you can still exchange them with other Products at the Seller’s physical store if they are described as “eligible for exchange” under the “Returns” section on the product detail page. Please refer to our “Exchange Policy” section for more information about Product exchange.
Gift cards
Depending on each vendor, electronic and physical gift cards (whether electronic or physical), can be redeemed either in vendor physical store and/or online on vendor's online website. Such details are specified under each gift card product detail page. Vendor gift cards cannot be used to make purchases on hadiyati.com Site. Gift cards cannot be used to buy jewelry or precious stones, whether online or offline.
Experiences
Experiences may not be returned, refunded, redeemed for cash nor used to contribute money to a wishlist on the Site. Experiences may be exchanged in-store, if this is permissible according to the Seller’s policy, with other experiential gifts from the same Seller.
Defective Products
If the Product(s) you have purchased through hadiyati.com are defective, damaged, wrong or not as described, please contact our customer care within 7 days of delivery and provide us with a photo of any visible defects as well as any information pertaining to the issue. To be eligible for return, the Products must be unused, in the same original condition and in the same original retail packaging, including price tags and invoice/gift voucher. Our customer care team will guide you through the process and will arrange the courier pick-up of the Product(s), when applicable. You may choose to replace the defective or wrong Product or request a refund. Once the Product(s) are checked and the return is accepted, you will receive an email from our customer care to inform you that:
  • The replacement is ready for delivery, if you requested a replacement and the replacement is available. In this case, we will not charge you the delivery fees of the replacement and will reimburse you the value of the return fees of the defective or wrong Product(s).
  • Or that the refund was processed if you asked for a refund. In this case, you will be fully reimbursed the value of the Product(s) in addition to the initial delivery fees, if applicable, and you will not be charged the return fees. The refund is issued to the original method of payment.
Note: Return requests of defective or wrong Products submitted after 7 days from delivery will be declined.
Unreceived Products
In the event where you do not receive the Product(s) you purchased through hadiyati.com, please contact our customer care within 7 days of the effective receiving date. We will reimburse you the value of the Product(s) with any shipping fees that applied to the original method of payment.
Return Policy according to original method of payment
  • Return Policy for Card Payments
    In case you paid by a credit/debit card for the purchased Product(s) you are returning, the refund will be credited to the same credit or debit card you used for the purchase. Please keep in mind that the amount may take time to reflect in your card statement, depending on your card provider.
    Note: In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
  • Return Policy for Cash on Delivery Payments
    In case you paid by cash for the purchased Product(s) you are returning, you will be reimbursed in cash within a period of 2 weeks from the date the return was accepted.
3. Return policy for gifts
If you wish to return or exchange a gift you have received from another hadiyati.com user, please contact our customer care within 7 days from the effective receiving date. If the gift is eligible for return or exchange, our customer care will guide you through the process.

If you have received a gift that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer care within 7 days from the effective receiving date and provide us with a photo of any visible defects as well as any information pertaining to the issue. 4. Exchange Policy
The exchange policy of the Products sold on hadiyati.com depends on the policy of each Seller. The eligibility for exchange and the permissible exchange timelines are specified under the “Returns” section on the product detail page of each Product. You may only exchange the Product(s) that are mentioned as “eligible for exchange” under the “Returns” section.

In this case, the exchange of eligible Products purchased on the Site from our Sellers can be done either at the Seller’s physical store or through hadiyati.com customer care, depending on each Seller. Such information is mentioned in the “Returns” section on the product detail page of each product. You may only exchange the Product(s) if the following conditions are respected:
  • The request for exchange at the Seller’s physical store is made within the exchange timelines specified on the product detail page from the delivery date.
  • All Products to be exchanged are unused, are in the same condition and in the same original retail packaging, including price tags and gift voucher.
Only the Products which are sold directly by hadiyati as a Seller (where hadiyati is mentioned as the Seller on the product detail page) can be exchanged online. In order to check the Seller of a specific Product on the Site, please refer to the product detail page of this Product, the name of the Seller will be written under the name of the Product.
